Young Africans (YANGA) Vs Pyramids 1-2 | Caf Confederation Cup | Goals & Highlights (27.10.2019). Pyramids beat Young Africans in play-off round’s first leg. Egyptian Premier League outfit Pyramids FC have defeated Young Africans SC 2-1 in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup’s play-off round. Pyramids’ first real chance of the game came in the 37th minute when Mohamed Farouk’s effort was cleared off the line by Young African defenders. Five minutes later, Farouk was on the scene again when he produced a fine cross for Dodo El-Gabbas, who laid it off for Erik Traore as the Burkinabé struck the ball into the back of the net to score the opening goal for his side. In the 57th minute, Farouk dribbled his way into the Young Africans’ box as the Tanzanian side thought the ball had gone out of play for a throw-in. However, the 30-year-old continued his run and squared the ball to a free Abdullah El-Said who doubled Pyramids’ lead. The hosts managed to reduce the deficit a minute before full-time when Papy Kabamba Tshishimbi scored to make it 2-1. Pyramids will face Young Africans again next week when they host the Tanzanian side in the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup’s play-off round. Kick-off takes place at 20:00 CLT. Hi guys, welcome to another matchday vlog. This video shows highlights of a 0-0 draw between Chester FC and Aldershot Town in the National League on Saturday 17th March 2018. In all honesty, it was a dire game in awful conditions. It was probably the coldest I have been at a match in a long while which made things worse as the match was very low on quality. However, I am happy with a point against a good Aldershot side who dominated the game. We play against Sutton United away next Saturday in what will be a tough game down South. I will not be going though which is a rarity because instead I am going to Anfield to watch Liverpool Legends play against Bayern Munich Legends. I’m really looking forward to it and will do a special vlog on the match so keep an eye out for it. At the same time though, I really hope that Chester can come back from Sutton with a much-needed win. You can read this week’s Chester FC Fans’ Jury by clicking on the link below. I hope that you enjoyed today’s video. Please don’t forget to sub and leave a like. Cheers, Rio. Uxbridge 3-4 Berkhamsted The FA Cup with Budweiser First Round Qualifying 3pm, Saturday 8 September 2012 Honeycroft, Uxbridge FC Two dramatic goals in the last two minutes at Honeycroft saw Berkhamsted stun Uxbridge to win an incredible game 4-3 and reach the Second Round Qualifying of The FA Cup with Budweiser. Jordon Frederick and Connor Calcutt were the heroes for The Comrades, who play one division below their opponents in the pyramid. And considering they were up against a side who had demolished high-profile Wembley 5-0 in the previous round, this was a special victory. It was teenage midfielder Frederick who won it, sending a stunning shot into the top corner of the net in the 90th minute to complete a memorable comeback in a match that saw Uxbridge lead 2-1 and 3-2. But Berko did start the afternoon strongly when they went ahead after only eleven minutes through a cross-shot from Josh Chamberlain. Uxbridge, however, we're determined to keep their FA Cup adventure going. They equalised after 17 minutes when Nicke Kabamba headed home and were ahead by half time when a neat move saw Wayne Carter put Chris Moore in for 2-1. Bekhamsted's reply was impressive, pressurising the home goal before Chamberlain eventually scored his second of the afternoon for 2-2. But now the match was set to see-saw in the final 12 minutes. Uxbridge went back ahead through substitute Shaun Lucien, who was quickest to the rebound when a Matty Woods shot was saved. And the home side must have thought they had won it. But instead Calcutt scored from close range following a quick break in the 88th minute to level the scores - and then Frederick produced his magical winner. What an afternoon of FA Cup football. Uxbridge: Peacock Lema Warner Fitzgerald Dennison Carter Julienne Farrell (Smith) Woods Moore Kabamba (Lucien). Berkhamsted: Marsh, Power (Gavin), Rodrigoe, Culaj, Sears. Frederick, Pritchard (Toorney), Calcutt, Griggs, Bunker, Chamberlain.
